Q.    I forgot my password. How do I log in to my account? 
A.    Click here, enter your e-mail address and we will send you a new password.

Q.    How do I change my password
A.    First, you must log into your account. Then click on Account Info on the top portion of the page, and then Change Your Email Address or Password. Enter your new password and click Save Account at the bottom of the page.

Q.    How do I change my email address?
A.    While logged into your account, click on Account Info on the top portion of the page , and then Change Your Email Address or Password. Enter your new email address in the Email and Confirm Email fields. Click Save Account at the bottom of the page.

Q.    How do I search for jobs?
A.    You may either use the Quick Search options from the main page, or navigate to the Find a Job page for a more customizable search.

Q.    How can I get more relevant search results?
A.    If you’re not getting the results you want in Quick Search, try customizing your search further by clicking on the Find a Job tab at the top of the main page. You may then select multiple beverage types, industries, job categories, keywords and locations.

Q.    How can I get more information about a job posting?
A.    Visit the brand’s Company Profile page by clicking on View Profile underneath their logo. You may also want to visit their website and social media accounts (which should also appear under their logo) for more information.

Q.    How do I turn off all Bevforce Job Alerts?
A. You can simply go to your My Account page, select the wrench icon to the right of your Job Alert. You can choose to Delete Job Alert. If you would like to edit or change the frequency of specific job alerts, see the next question.

Q.    You are sending me jobs for a location I am NOT interested in/I want to edit my Job Alert. How can I change this?
A.    You can simply go to your My Account page, select the wrench icon to the right of your Job Alert and then select Edit. From there, simply adjust the criteria of your search or change the frequency. Hit Save Alert to save settings.

Q.    How do I add my resume/cover letter to my account?
A.    You may upload your resume/cover letter when you create your Bevforce.com account or upload a new one at a later date. Click on My Account on the home page then see Resumes and Cover Letters listed on the right-hand side. Click on each to see a dropdown of all your current resumes/cover letters. You may then upload a new resume/cover letter, view your previously uploaded resumes/cover letters, and delete old ones.

Q.    How do I edit my posted resume/cover letter?
A.    Currently, there is no functionality that allows job seekers to edit resumes/cover letters via the Bevforce site. You may download your resume from the Resumes and Cover Letters option under My Account, make necessary changes, and then re-upload your most current resume. You can also choose to Delete old ones.

Q.    Who will be able to see my resume/cover letter?
A.    Only the Bevforce team and those that you choose to send your resume/cover letter to will be able to view your uploaded documents. Protecting your confidentiality is of utmost importance to us; we take your privacy very seriously because we understand the sensitive nature of the hiring and job search process.  Out of respect for our candidates’ privacy, we do not offer a resume database search functionality to Bevforce employers.  

Q.    What happens when I click Save Job?
A.    When you choose to save a job, it will be added to your saved job queue so that you can quickly find it and apply at a later time. To view your saved jobs, click on My Account at the top of the home page and then scroll down to the Saved Jobs section. You may then review and apply to positions you have saved, as well as see a list of previously applied to jobs. 

Q.    What happens when I apply online for a job that's posted on Bevforce.com?
A.    When you apply for one of the jobs listed on Bevforce.com, the resume and cover letter that you have selected will be sent to the HR Department of the company that posted the listing. However, on some job postings, you will be transferred to that company’s website and be asked to apply through their system. You will then be contacted if the HR representative is interested in scheduling an interview.

Q.    Why should I create a cover letter?
A. Creating a personalized cover letter for each position you apply to allows you to craft a unique pitch for that individual job. You may upload as many cover letters as you like by visiting the Cover Letters option under My AccountFor tips on cover letter writing, visit Cover Letter Writing Tips.

A.    Contact a Bevforce Client Concierge by emailing us at Concierge@Bevforce.com or calling us at 212-966-2417 and have our team change it for you. Alternatively, you may update your email address in the Account Info section of your profile.

Q.    How do I post a job?
A.    When you decide to post a position with Bevforce, simply click on Post a Job in the green box on the top of the home page. You may then select how many postings you’d like to make, insert pertinent information about the company and the position, and post. You can also select  Post a Job from your My Account page. Finally, you may also contact a Bevforce Client Concierge by emailing us at Concierge@Bevforce.com or calling us at 212-966-2417 and we can walk you through the process and answer any questions you might have.

Q.    Do you have a database of resumes that I can search?
A.    Out of respect for our candidates’ privacy, we do not offer a resume database search functionality.

Q.    How do I manage my Bevforce Account?
A.    You may manage all aspects of your Bevforce Employer account by first logging in and then clicking Account Info on the top right portion of the page. There, you will be able to access/edit account info such name, password, company information, and company description. Q.    How do I edit my jobs?
A.     Once signed in,  you may access your posting by clicking on My Account once signed in and selecting the job (active, draft or inactive) that you wish to edit. From there, click the wrench icon to the right of each job and select View Job. Under the Manage Job options on the right, select Edit Job and change any information. We do not permit changing of the location or job title once it is live, but you may update every other aspect of your post. If you have any questions regarding a posting, please contact the Bevforce team at Concierge@Bevforce.com or give us a call at 212-966-2417. Once you submit, your selected changes will go live for candidates to view.

Q.    Where is the job that I posted?
A.    Once you purchase job posting credits, enter information, and submit your posting to Bevforce, your posting will go live and is searchable by candidates all over the world. You may access your posting by clicking on My Account once signed in and selecting the job (active, draft or inactive) that you wish to edit. Q.    How will I be notified when a candidate applies for a job I have posted?
A.    When you list a job with Bevforce, resumes/cover letters sent to the email address connect to your Bevforce.com account. You can also sign in and view every application through your My Account tab.

Q.    How do I re-list an inactive/expired job posting? 
A.    In order to relist an expired job posting, you may log in to your account and then select My Account. You will see a list of expired postings under Inactive Jobs. Click on the wrench icon to the right of each job and select View Job. Finally, select Edit Job, Post Job in Another Location or Republish to have your posting become active and searchable by job candidates. If you are not getting the level of response that you require to fill these positions, we can schedule a consultation to discuss the various ways we can work to improve your results.

Q.    Why am I not getting the resumes and applications that I expected out of my job posting?
