This individual, based in Norwood, Mass., is accountable for attaining depletion, merchandising and other qualitative goals within the designated territory for on and off premise.
Responsibilities include:
- Review monthly account performance
- Market Sales region priorities, goals and performance
- Integrate collaborative business plan for market
- Develop local market opportunity tactics and goals
- Manage POS & POS inventory
- Engage in quarterly coaching sessions with respective team and market distributor
- Act as high performing team
- Training of all business partners on brands, knowledge and strategies
- Proactive management of key accounts and relationships
- Execute On and Off premise marketing plans.
- Monthly review of market pricing, programming and distributor profitability
- Customize and deliver fact based selling presentations by account
- Identifies market opportunities and trends for market
- Development of action plan for each market opportunity

Job Requirements:

- 2+ years Field Sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Territory management (budget and tools)
- Distributor(s) performance management
- Ability to create, maintain and build professional relationships.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS office and related applications.
- Solid presentation skills.
