Purpose:

• Position is responsible for the effective development, coordination, and presentation of the training programs for all WBG state employees to ensure best in class execution.
• The position reports to the State Senior Vice President and will interface with all departments within Wirtz Beverage Group State organizations.
• Develop and Drive training initiatives in order to deliver training modules that are relevant to our business model and promote employee development within WBG State Levels.
• Utilizing all training resources within Wirtz Beverage Group to ensure the Company is at the forefront of capabilities and execution.

Key Tasks:

• Facilitate training programs for Wirtz Beverage Group State organization
• Work with management team to drive company training programs and ensure they are implemented and conducted throughout organization
• Conduct frequent one-on-one Field Training sessions with employees in the market place
• Confer with Executive Management Team and all levels of employees in the market place
• Confer with Executive Management Team and all levels of employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training
• Design and build modules that will increase both Functional and Leadership capabilities
• Work closely with Human Resource Team to orient, develop and retain the best talent possible

Capabilities:

• Superior leadership capabilities with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales background with solid understanding of company selling procedures           
• Solid organizational and multi tasking capabilities
• Ability to interact with people at various corporate levels.
• Strong communication skills: verbal, listening and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to seek out new ideas, exhibit initiative and be proactive.
