The On-Premise Marketing Manager is a national role that will focus on the development and implementation of driving the image of the brand and increasing Red Bull share of mind in the On Premise. The On-Premise Marketing Manager will be a strong collaborator, interfacing with all key stakeholders to maximize the impact and leverage of major On Premise image buidling initiatives. Responsibilities include collecting & sharing best practices, collaboration with the Culture Marketing department, creation of image building events in the On Premise, interfacing with trade marketing, creating brand presentations, management of agencies, production companies, management of accounts, artists and respected opinion leaders connected to projects and overall driving the development of marketing Red Bull in the On Premise .
MAJOR ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE ACHIEVEMENT OF KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES
1. Identification and advancement of On-Premise marketing activities for national use (strategies, concepts and tools)
a. Strategy
i. Drives direction & alignment through RBNA
ii. Works closely with global team to interpret global strategy
iii. Is ahead of time with current on-premise trends & develops strategies to incorporate Red Bull
iv. Works closely with Head of On Premise & Directors Of On Premise Sales to drive marketing strategies & leveraging of marketing assets in Key On-Premise Accounts across the US
v. Supports the field with annual business plan process
vi. Develops a calendar of key on-premise periods during the year & helps to create regional/national on-premise programming
b. Concepts
i. Drive innovation, authenticity and relevance by addition of creative concepts to the on-premise
ii. Manages agencies, relationships & communicates all direction to the field on regional or national concepts
iii. Interfaces with Culture Marketing to closely align On-Premise goals with Culture Marketing & drives Culture marketing initiatives into the On-Premise
iv. Works closely with Communications team to determine communications approach to the On-Premise
c. Tools
i. Interfaces with Trade Marketing & Operations to ensure the field is equipped with the right tools
ii. Seeks out agencies in development of new tools that will drive consumption, strengthen on-premise relationships & aligns them with global
iii. Ensures Tools are placed in the right outlets
iv. Measures success of on-premise tools & drives ROI
v. Approves & helps to create all Tailor Made account POS
2. Develops and shares Best Practices
a. Actively collects & shares results of Red Bull On-Premise programs / initiatives
b. Works closely with Director of On-Premise Sales to benchmark High 5 KPIs across RBNA
c. Aligns and communicates the most effective programs to the Field & to Global
d. Publish monthly RBNA best practices documents to send to the field and Distributor Partners (DPs)
3. Develops and gives training on Red Bull in the On-Premise
a. Develops training manuals to assist in training the Field & DPs
b. Creates tools for the field to use to help train bar tenders, managers etc... on Red bull
c. On-Boards any employee that is identified by Head of On-Premise
4. Works closely with the Red Bull International teams
a. Participates in meetings and trainings to share learnings and align strategies
b. Re-applies successful models in US from key learnings
5. Travels throughout US to review & learn about the On-Premise status
a. Attends meetings to listen to market issues and needs
b. Participates at Regional and National Sales Meetings by communicating strategies and delivering tools and training
c. Conducts On-Premise audits with key business personnel
d. Partakes in key Trade Shows and Conferences |
