This position is responsible for selling product to existing accounts and opening new accounts. This includes managing and developing a sales relationship with each account and RTM through quality customer service, increased sales volume and market shares, expanded shelf space and executing promotions to stimulate sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assure sufficient product/inventory is sold to customer accounts.
Develop and expand sales volume, market shares, and product distribution.
Gain incremental display and shelf space allocation through promotions and point of purchase materials.
Provide excellent service to assigned accounts creating and maintaining goodwill will with the customers.
Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales.
Participate and implement Trade Events.
- Complete required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the 2-3 years’ experience or knowledge/skills, and/or ability required. We require a proven track record of successful performance managing fast moving consumer products goods preferably in the premium beverage category. Excellent computer and presentation skills.
