Position Summary

 

Snow Leopard Vodka Brand Activation Manager (BAM) is a dedicated, passionate, brand champion, with an entrepreneurial drive to take a super-premium brand to new heights. The BAM is a multi-faceted position encompassing marketing, sales, consumer research, and event management. This position will have great autonomy and ownership. 

 

 

Job Responsibilities

 

The Brand Activator will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • On Premise & Off Premise acct relationship building and brand presence
    • Develop and nurture a target account list by brand
    • Secure high-quality back-bar distribution in target accounts
    • Develop impactful feature and drink menu plan to drive brand pull
    • Train and educate account staff and consumers on Snow Leopard vodka.
    • Work with local distributor on & off premise teams
  • On Premise local acct building and brand presence
  • Off Premise Independent acct building and brand presence
  • Partner with select brands, charities, and influencers in the area to recruit discerning consumers
  • Effectively manage assigned budgets, then track and measure program results
  • Work in tandem with  Brand Founder to plan & facilitate consumer events, trade events and brand building promotions
    • Identify and participate in impactful local events based on brand standards and goals
    • Focused Brand Activator led events and consumer sampling  activity within market
    • Identify brand specific opportunities in the market where there is a good consumer/demographic fit
  • Inform area manager of opportunities and competitive activity in the market
  • Quantify results and be able to communicate opportunities to build brand equity
  • Create & update trade and consumer following for social networking platforms
  • Perform brand education in the field and at distributor general sales meetings
  • Effectively use and manage POS materials in the market
  • Time management, follow through, and meeting deadlines
  • T&E Budget Management: responsible to monitor and manage.  This budget will cover all job related expenses such as: Internet, Phone, Parking, Tolls, Tips, POS storage unit, Account entertainment, opportunistic events. 

 

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Core Competencies Required

•  Motivated self-starter, gregarious personality, articulate, charismatic, polished, and professional

•  Ability to work independently, manage a personal schedule, think creatively, ideate new activations, and execute untraditional marketing campaigns

•  Previous adult beverage experience is preferred but not required. Work experience in any combination of: conducting training seminars, sales  or event management and/or On premise experience

•  Passion for super premium brands and cocktails. Account management, budget control, event planning and activation knowledge

• Outstanding presentation skills i.e. able to entertain and inform

• Strong attention to detail and organization 

• Ability to work as both part of a team and independently while remaining focused on a dynamic working environment

• Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally, at all levels of the organization

• Must be able to leverage the strengths of both the Commercial and Marketing teams, working closely with Divisional Marketing/Finance, and the Brand Teams to build brand equity in Snow Leopard Vodka

•  Must be at least 21 years of age

•  Valid driver’s license

•  Eligible to work in the US
