Job Description

A Sales Representative/Brand Ambassador sells Rock N Roll Tequila to established customers and develops new prospects within the assigned territory. They are responsible for maintaining sustainable records of sales achievements/quotas.

 

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain an organized list of key accounts in the territory (both on- and off-premise accounts)
  • Sell Rock N Roll Tequila to retailers in coordination with local distributors and brokers.
  • Call on key accounts on an ongoing basis to review Rock N Roll program priorities
  • Regularly attend selected on-premise promotional events
  • Direct accounts in proper and effective merchandising and consumer awareness of brands by:
    • Guiding proper shelf management positions
    • Merchandising brands
  • Conduct staff training in on and off-premise accounts, as needed
Job Requirements
  • NO OUT OF STATE APPLICANTS PLEASE. Must already be living in Southern California
  • High level of professionalism and experience working with well-organized sales oriented companies
  • Must have existing relationships and accounts in territory
  • Spirits experience
  • Must be highly organized, have attention to detail and good time management ability
  • An entrepreneurial drive and proven 2-3 years with field sales experience including heavily sourcing for new leads and face to face selling (experience selling food/beverage to the hospitality industry is a plus)
  • Must have business acumen and keen negotiating skills
  • Considered a "closer" and can provide evidence to support direct sales achievements
  • Computer skills

Compensation to be agreed upon at interview, base + commission.
