We are currently looking to hire a career-minded candidate for the position of Sales & Business Development Representative to service Portland, OR.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing market share within the territory. Qualified individuals will process direct B-to-B sales and closing experience in markets such as -- but not limited to -- grocery, food & beverage, coffee service, or office supplies. As a Sales & Business Development Representative, you will visit customers' locations on a scheduled basis, perform basic equipment preventative maintenance, analyze account purchases while looking for opportunities, and prospect for new business.
The applicant must have the ability to complete individual goals, possess a degree of motivation, have good organizational skills, work both independently and within a team environment, and have strong interpersonal skills.
This full-time position requires food and beverage experience, with coffee experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have a college degree and is a self-motivated, high-energy individual, possessing significant cold-calling experience with a proven ability to create a benefit for change, and strong closing skills.
