Job Description

g. housen, the fastest growing beverage distributor in the region is looking for an experienced Route Sales Rep to sell a Non-Alcoholic portfolio of products to customer accounts in the greater Springfield, MA area.Primary responsibilities include pre-selling accounts, promotional notification & set-up, new product development, customer service maintenance for an established book of accounts and new account development.

This base plus bonus position has significant growth potential for the right person.

Job Requirements

Ideal candidates must have prior experience in beverage and a minimum of 2 years route sales, live in the sales territory and be able to grow and develop a book of business. 

Candidates should also be very organized, have the ability to deliver excellent customer service and work well independently. 

Chain experience a plus.

Regular attendance at after-hours sales meetings is required. 

Some heavy lifting and reliable transportation required.
