Job Description

MKTGINC is looking for personable, friendly, outgoing, and attractive Promotional Spokesmodels with consumer appeal to work OFF PREMISE wine sampling program. Promotional Spokesmodels are brand ambassadors and the “face of our client’s brands.” They interact and actively engage consumers at the point of purchase and experience, with the end goal of reinforcing and/or increasing brand awareness. Promotional Spokesmodels have a wide range of job responsibilities related to encouraging consumers to recognize, prefer and purchase our client’s brands. In addition to participating in promotional events when selected, Promotional Spokesmodels are expected to attend regular trainings regarding our client brands. Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Attend market brand and program trainings
  • Arrive to events on time, in appropriate attire, and be prepared to execute promotions as outlined
  • Actively and pleasantly engage consumers at the point of experience, purchase and consumption
  • Promote brands through key communication points outlined in brand/program training manuals
  • Sample product to consumers
  • Follow Responsible Server Guidelines and report Guideline violations
  • Ensure proper care and return of company property (sampling materials, etc.)
  • Completing post-event recap (ERF) in MKTGINC reporting website
  • Take digital event photos
  • Report on competitive activity in market
  • Maintain appropriate appearance for consumer appeal
  • Follow company policy and procedures

consumers and always approach them with a great, friendly and helpful attitude


Reliable– Promotional Models must always arrive to events ready to start on time, and must

work until event end (or as determined and approved by Market Manager); they must be on

time to trainings.


Consumer Appeal– Promotional Models are friendly, professional, attractive and

personable and must always be in proper uniform/attire and embody the look of the brand

being promoted. ; Promotional Model grooming, overall appearance, personality, demeanor

and behavior reflect on the client’s brands and must be appropriate and in keeping with client



Brand Knowledge– Promotional Models must complete trainings, understand key

brand/program communication points, and be able to communicate brand information to

consumers in an easy, precise and friendly manner.
