Job Description

Sazerac Company is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and experienced Sales Ambassador in the Orlando area for Fireball Cinnamon Whisky. The Sales Ambassador will be responsible for driving and increasing sales volume and product distribution in key accounts by establishing relationships with local bars and consumers.

Detailed Job Objectives:

  • Achieve volume objectives for Fireball’s target market
  • Work with the area FSM (Field Sales Manager) to determine goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Establish distribution goals by size, customer and channel of trade
  • Identify target account list and build relationships with on-premise/retail managers and distributor sales personnel
  • Create a prioritized sales action plan is created with tangible actions and ensure progress is being made within these actions
  • Obtain distribution of multiple sizes, proper shelf positioning, chill machine placement, shot features/drink specials, permanent signage, displays and shelf POS
  • Provide feedback to the FSM on performance against KPIs
  • Identify key market influencers and establish relationships to turn into ambassadors
  • Identify grassroots opportunities (i.e. events, bands, sponsorships, parties) through market research and act on this research
  • Schedule regular calls with local FSM to assess sales metrics and provide weekly plan and outcomes, as well as KPI reporting
  • Stay within assigned field sales budget

 

Job Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to Handle Multiple Projects at One Time
  • Customer Focused
  • 21 years or older & Valid Driver’s License
  • High school Diploma or Equivalent (undergraduate degree preferred)
  • Ability and Willingness to Work Nights/Weekends and Travel
  • 3 Years Relevant Sales Experience
  • Strong Planning and Organizational skills
  • Wine & Spirits Industry Experience
  • Strong Networking/Interpersonal Savvy
  • Strong Presentation Skills
  • Creative
  • Able to Manage the Vision and Purpose of a Brand
  • Proficient in Microsoft Products Preferred
